The Innovation Exchange
You configure it.
You don’t commission it.
Coordination infrastructure for needs, offers, projects and opportunities. Deployed in twenty-five countries, licensed Apache 2.0, priced on this page.
226 organisations that shared no system coordinated $1.8M through two hurricanes on this platform. No integration project. No pilot phase. No per-seat licensing, at any tier.
Everything in your ecosystem that could connect.
A need routed to an offer.
A person routed to an opportunity.
An organisation routed to a project.
Three of the routes this platform runs. Many-to-many, in both directions, continuously.
The model
Five objects. Person is the primary one.
Every competing system makes Organisation primary, then attaches people to it. That is why a coordinator who changes employer loses their history, and why the network dissolves each time someone moves. We built it the other way round.
01
Person
Primary. Holds their own record, history and provenance across every organisation they pass through.
02
Organisation
Hosts opportunities. People associate with it; they are not owned by it.
03
Project
Forkable, with the originator permanently attached to every downstream variant.
04
Opportunity
A call, a fund, a challenge. Receives submissions from people, projects or organisations.
05
Offer
What is available, matched against what is needed. The unit that gets coordinated.

The Exchange · opportunity and submission management
The cost
This is an unusual model and it has a price: if you want a system that mirrors your org chart, this will feel wrong for the first fortnight. Most teams stop noticing by the second.
Delivery · What you’re actually buying
We’re not a digital agency. You buy configuration, not construction.
On our most recent UK institutional tender, five of six functional requirements were met by configuring what already exists. One needed light development. That is the difference between a £50,000 engagement and the £110,000+ a bespoke build would have cost, and between going live this quarter and going live next year. Figures are in sterling because the tender was; our published pricing below is in US dollars.

The cost
The flip side is real: if your requirement genuinely is not in the platform, we will tell you it is development, quote it as development, and you may conclude someone else is a better fit.

Coordination software priced per seat charges you for the thing it is supposed to do. Every person you add is the point. We do not count seats, we never have, and it is not a launch offer, it is a commitment.

The cost
We are smaller than the vendors we are listed against, and our support hours are European. If you need 24-hour follow-the-sun cover, we do not have it yet.
Licensing · Apache 2.0
Apache 2.0
You own the code
No lock-in. No licence escalation.
No renegotiation when your funding changes shape. The platform is licensed Apache 2.0 and the data schemas are published, so you can run it, fork it, or hand it to a different supplier.
The cost
And the honest counterpart, because you would find it out anyway: there is no enterprise vendor standing behind us if we disappear. You should weigh that properly. Most of our buyers conclude that owning the code is the better hedge.

You’re not our first customer.
The platform is deployed, the pricing is on this page, and the code is yours under Apache 2.0. What is left is a conversation about your configuration, which usually takes an hour.
